§ 1. General Provisions

1. The owner and administrator of the Apartment is Marcin Zaręba, conducting business under the name onProject Marcin Zaręba, with its registered office in Kielce, ul. Piłsudskiego 39/68, 25-431 Kielce, e-mail: kontakt@apartamentmonini.pl.

2. The Apartment Regulations set out the rules for renting rooms and using the provided equipment.

3. The description of the rooms and the price list of services can be found on the Booking.com platform.

4. These Regulations are an integral part of the contract, which is concluded by making a reservation or paying the due amount.

§ 2. Stay and Payment Rules

1. The billing unit is the "hotel day," which lasts from 4:00 PM (16:00) to 11:00 AM the following day.

2. The Guest should settle the payment in advance for the entire period of stay on the day of arrival.

§ 3. Registration and Stay Extension

1. Requests to extend the stay should be submitted by 10:00 AM on the day the rental period expires.

2. Guests are subject to mandatory registration based on an ID card or passport.

3. Unregistered persons may stay in the Apartment from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM (22:00) only after prior notification to the administrator.

§ 4. Quiet Hours and Liability

1. Quiet hours are in effect in the Apartment from 10:00 PM (22:00) to 6:00 AM.

2. The Guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of equipment caused by their fault.

3. Each time upon leaving the Apartment, the Guest should ensure that all electrical appliances are turned off and that windows and doors are closed.

§ 5. Prohibitions and Monitoring

1. Children under 14 must be under the constant supervision of their guardians.

2. The Apartment does not accept pets.

3. There is a strict no-smoking policy (including tobacco and other substances) throughout the premises.

4. The area where the Apartment is located is under video surveillance (monitoring).
